The Awards Committee makes recommendations to the Board for the conferral of the Emory Buckner Award for Outstanding Public Service which is presented at the Thanksgiving Luncheon, the Whitney North Seymour Award for Outstanding Public Service by a Private Practitioner which is presented at the Winter Bench & Bar Conference and the Learned Hand Award for Excellence in Federal Jurisprudence which is presented at the Law Day Dinner.
